Welcome to Global Studies!!!

The world is an ever shrinking place, increasingly we must understand and consider that what we do effects others in the world and that which they do effects us. We also must take responsiblity for our own actions in impacting the environment, economies and life around the World. To this end we offer this course to engage students and the teacher in a mutual effort to learn about our global world and the effects and impacts that globalization are having on our daily lives and that they will have on our future generations.

We must ensure that the global market is embedded in broadly shared values and practices that reflect global social needs, and that all the world's people share the benefits of globalization.
